THE DEBT COLLECTION PROCESS

MAXIMIZING REVENUE AND PROTECTING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Our firm approaches debt collection in a courteous but resolute manner. This approach helps our clients maintain positive relations with customers and also avoids liability.

Upon receiving a case, we immediately notify the debtor of our representation. We initially try to negotiate a settlement or payment plan. If this negotiation is successful, we will inform you of the proposed plan, and you can accept or reject the terms. If an agreement is reached, our firm will track payments and ensure compliance.

If a negotiation is not successful, we will file a court action to proceed with collection. If a judgment is obtained, we then investigate and locate debtor assets such as real estate, vehicles, wages and other property.

COLLECTION METHODS

Our methods yield high results for our clients, and we have employed the use of:

  • Wage garnishments
  • Nonwage garnishments
  • Citations
  • Liens
  • Bodily attachments
